Step 1. Discussion
Let’s kick things off. This is where we work together to outline the various challenges and opportunities that your business wants to address.
- First, we’ll meet with you to understand the business requirements, technical motivations, and financial budgets
- Our team will then perform a comprehensive Technical Audit to inventory your entire technology stack, covering all components and external systems or backing services in-scope for migration

Step 2. Ideas & Concepts
Now that the Discovery phase is complete, it’s time to get everything in writing.
- One of our project managers will create a plan that’s broken up into 2-week sprints to carry out the SoW
- Clients are added to Slack for real-time collaboration with the Bluelight Consulting team

Step 3. Check and try out the Options
We will gather feedback from you about the previous and upcoming sprints. If any changes are requested, the project manager will work with the development team to ensure those changes are applied in a timely manner.
- If any unforeseen circumstances occur, the team will re-evaluate, adjust, and pivot as needed
- In the spirit of transparency, time is tracked in Toggl so you’ll see exactly what’s being worked on and how much time it takes to complete tasks. You’ll also receive daily emails outlining all the hours worked

Step 4. Start Implementing the Project for Development
We start by designing a solid software architecture that defines how every component will work together. Once the foundation is set, we move into full development—building a secure, scalable backend and a smooth, responsive frontend that aligns with your user and business needs.
Our team follows Agile development practices, breaking the project into manageable iterations. After each cycle, we share demos, walk you through progress, and gather feedback to keep the solution aligned with your requirements. This ensures transparency, adaptability, and a product that evolves in the right direction from start to finish.

Step 5. QA & Testing
Every component undergoes rigorous testing to ensure the solution meets the highest standards of security, performance, and functionality. Our QA team validates the system against all technical specifications and real user scenarios to confirm it behaves exactly as intended.
We focus on identifying vulnerabilities, ensuring smooth operation under load, and verifying that the experience aligns with user expectations. The goal is simple: deliver a stable, reliable, and fully secure product before it moves to deployment.
